'Harbour House' is a conceptual restaurant brand, inspired by a historic fishing village in Hong Kong that has recently undergone rapid gentrification. The restaurant positions itself as a family-friendly destination for both locals and the town's growing influx of tourists, with the mission to reconnect the community with the town's cultural roots, whilst embracing the area's evolving identity.
